At the young age of 16, Buffy Anne Summers became the Slayer. "She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness." Buffy attends Sunnydale High School in California and deals with the challenges of life, love, high school, and of course...demons and vampires with the help of her friends Willow Rosenburg, Xander Harris and watcher Rupert Giles. Together, the "Scooby Gang" slay actual and personal demons and stop the apocalypse (on several occasions). But most importantly, they learn that growing up can be Hell sometimes...literally!This is the basic summary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer--one of the most original and innovative series that has graced the T.V. screen. I have learned so much from the show that I grew up watching.
All I really need to know about how to live and what to do and how to be I learned from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Buffy's wit and wisdom was there on the television screen! These are the things that I've learned (and some interesting trivia along the way)!
